''The dead be not proud.'' Greetings. Strange sounding phrase? It’s not from the Bible or least as to anything I can recall. I believe I read it in a comic book when I was a kid. John 5: 28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice.Now, if you are in a grave, you are probably dead right? The above verse deals with the spiritual dead, which includes all of us and yet we are all spiritually dead: unless God awaken us out of spiritual sleep we will never hear His voice. Matthew 9:24He said unto them, give place: for the maid is not dead but sleepeth, and they laughed him to scorn. The Prophet Job could discern enough to known that spiritually he was in a grave or pit. Job 14:13 O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me. To hear God’s wisdom about the Bible you must be Spiritually dead to your own wisdom and your appointed time has when we can spiritually hear. We need to be raised from our dead mortal thinking concerning the Spiritual interpretation of the Bible and this will give us a soul or understanding. Psalm 30: 3 ​O Lord, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. There appears to be a rash of zombie movies and video games in our culture today. The zombie or the walking dead in these movies seen to hunger for human flesh. Long before Hollywood started making millions of dollars off these walking dead movies. The Bible spoke of us all being the spiritual dead thousands of years ago. Matthew 8:22But Jesus said unto him,follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.  Let us reinforce the above verse with another that shows us we truly are the spiritual dead from birth. Matthew 24:2  And they found found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. ​The stone here represent the law, recall God wrote the ten commandments on tables of stone because our hearts are hard. ​ Unless we are following Jesus way's we are already spiritually dead, because our ways or wisdom about the Bible is only death: Jesus in not be found in our dead thought about Him. Luke 24:5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, why seek ye the living among the dead?​ Our way or wisdom seems so right to us unless God removes our hard heart of stone.  Proverbs 14:12  There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. John 14:6Jesus saith unto him,I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. When we refuse God’s ways for our own wisdom and wander, off we join the: congregation of the dead.Proverbs 21:16 The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.  We are all the Spiritual walking dead unless God quicken our soul. Psalm 119:25  My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word. Now you can find these spiritual dead hordes on any given Sunday feeding on the meat that perish man’s wisdom. Even the zombies in the movies never feast on other dead zombies but want living people. You can never be Spiritually fed when partaking of other men wisdom or meat. John 6:27Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed. God the father has sealed. We’ll speak on that in the future when God gives me more revelations on it. That’s what the joy of the Lord is all about when I have found the grave to put my old man in it! Job 3:22Which rejoice exceedingly, and are glad, when they can find the grave?Psalm 59:15 Let them wander up and down for meat, and grudge if they be not satisfied. People unknowingly become angry when they are not getting anything from the Bible and start to bear a grudge in their thinking against God. James 5:9Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door. You condemned yourself when you put your carnal thoughts or wisdom on the Bible. God’s stands at the door or our mouth and judges what’s coming out of it. The more we open our big mouth, before long all kind of foolishness is flooding out of it about the Bible: at this point we are becoming God’s enemy. Job 28:11 He bindeth the floods from overflowing; and the thing that is hid bringeth he forth to light. By God’s light or wisdom, He can show us what’s hidden in His word and then maybe can learn to hear His Spirit and not our own spirit. This ungodly wisdom of men is liken unto a flood. Revelation 12:15  And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. The woman in the above verse represents the true Church. Now give them zombies some credit, they know they need meat to stay alive or stay dead. Most of the time these zombies just wander around naked with their mouth wide open. When you have no Spiritual knowledge of God, you’re spiritually naked and asleep. 1 Corinthians 15:34Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. Most zombies move rather slowly and appear to be sleep walking. Psalm 7:6 Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded. Unless God shows me, my worst enemy is my thinking against him; I will remain spiritually asleep to His righteousness.
