As the opening theme of the 1950's television show: ''The Adventures of Superman,'' roared through the hospital ward. I could only imagine what was going on around me with all the noise and excitement . But both of my eyes were bandaged shut after having had corrected surgery for STRABISMUS[cross-eyed]. Judges 21:25 In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.When I read the scriptures with man's [my own] interpretation does this happen? Job 10:4Hast thou eyes of flesh? or seest thou as man seeth?When I am reading the scriptures with a carnal understanding, I will only see what carnal man can see. Why?Job 28:20 Whence then cometh wisdom? and where is the place of understanding.Job 28:21Seeing it is hid from the eyes of all living.What is hid here? Wisdom and understanding. Job 28:12But where shall wisdom be found? and where is the place of understanding. Man's own interpretation or his wisdom cannot understand spiritual things, or see them unless God open his eyes. But when God opened Job spiritual eyes he could say: Job 42:5I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee. King David could say: Psalm 119:18Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.God Law is his word.  Psalm 13:3 Consider and hear me, O lord my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death. Superman is just a cleverly disguise Bible story Bible about a father sending his son to earth to save man.  God sends His son to save us from our sins. Most famous writer have read the Bible, yet without spiritual understanding. Most so-call Christian never read the Bible and can quote about a dozen scriptures with no spiritual understanding from this spiritual law book: then try to teach others how to be saved. 1 Timothy 1:7 Desiring to be teacher of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.  [READ OUR PAPER ON ''DEATH''] John 5:28Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice. Until you can hear and see Spiritually we are all spiritually dead! Man is wrapped in his filthy garments of self-righteous flesh. Zechariah 3:4And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garment from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and will clothe thee with change of raiment. But million claim they can see spiritually but are plagued with sickness. The hospitals, prisons and the Churches all full of spiritually dead men and women that hear only their own spirit. Ezekiel 13:3Thus saith the Lord God; WOE unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing.Jeremiah5:21 Hear now this, O foolish people and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not.But man rejects God's Spiritual word for his own thoughts on the word and there is no healing in those Churches. Isaiah 6:10Make the heart of this people, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed. As I think back on that day in the hospital when I could not see Superman on television. But about some three years ago when King'' Michael Hodges'' began to die Spiritually to his own ways [thoughts] I saw glimpse of the lord. Isaiah 6:1In the year that King Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. When the bandages were removed from my eyes those many years ago, I could not see clearly. 1 Corinthians 13:12For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
