TOMBSTONE DRY BONES

​"Tombstone dry bones" he cried out, as my father tried to shut up his drunk brother: Mr. John R. Hodges as he shouted those word out from our front porch. I must have been about five years old and still remember the panic in my father eyes, as his pleas did not stop those words for coming out of that drunker mouth. Was this the most feared curse word coming from mortal lips? My father seen to think so. Deuteronomy 29:19 And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst. We dare ask is God’s word cursed? Yes, when we want see the Law or Bible in our own wisdom it becomes a curse unto us, because we refuse to continue pass sin or our own mortal wisdom. Galatians 3:10​ For as many as are the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.  Deuteronomy 11:26Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse. Deuteronomy 11:27  A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day. The Commandments are all 66 books of God’s word not just ten as a movie once suggested. When we only know God's words in our own earthly wisdom and fail to confirm a greater wisdom or law exist we are cursed. John 7:49 But this people who knoweth not the law are cursed. The blessing God’s want to give us has nothing to do with the physical. People pray for a: home, car, job or a spouse that can tolerate us, and these thing have nothing to do with being blessed by God. Psalm 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly. We are not blessed of God when we walk in our own counsel or thoughts on the meaning of the scriptures ! God’s spiritual blessing are based on conditions being met and the big word "if" ​is found in DEUTERONOMY 11:27.   A blessing if God’s word is obeyed Spiritually and a cursed to us if we add our carnal thought on them. Deuternomony 4:2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. Sad part about it 99% of people have no idea they are adding their thoughts to God’s word Revelations 22:18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book. But these same people sense that something wrong and through physical sickness and diseases yet still cannot see God’s is allowing this to happen. These diseases are plagues. What the big sin here? Pride. Psalm_10:4The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts. People want God to heal them while they ignorantly defile His word unknowingly. Act_17:23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.Still God in His mercy allows the ignorant people time to repent.  Romans 11:25 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. Their God is an image created in a carnal mind of what they think of God: An image of a beast. Romans 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. They change His glory and His glory is also His word. But in His mercy God can make known His word known to us and we become vessels of mercy
Romans 9:23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory. 2 Corinthians 4:7  But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. If God Spirit is in our earthen vessel, how could sickness reign? What about the Holy Ghost how do we receive it? Act 5:32 And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him. The Holy Ghost is a gift from God to those that obey him there is nothing we can do physical to receive it.  Ephesians 2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.But a false gift is something physical that others can see. Things like: tongues or shaking and dancing which deceived a person into thinking there are righteous. These physical acts blinds them to the truth. Exodus 23:8 And thou shalt take no gift: for the blindeth the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous . Proverbs 25:14  Whose boasteth himself of a false gift is like clouds and without rain. But millions claim they have the Holy Ghost just because they spoke in an unknown tongue or did something else physical. God voice or tongue is indeed spoken in an unknown tongue which the carnal of men cannot understand. Act 7:51  Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye. Man resist God’s thoughts and thinks their thoughts are righteous and despised God’s hidden word which only the Holy Ghost can speak. 1Corinthians 2:7  But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory. Even still vain man like an wild ass's colt is very stubborn and rebels against GOD. Job11:12 For vain man would be wise, though man be born like a wild ass's colt.1 Samuel 12:15  But if ye will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall the hand of the LORD be against you, as it was against your fathers. When you or I keep rebelling against GOD commandments you or I have become his adversary or a DEVIL. Act 13:10 And [PAUL] said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?When you pervert God’s holy word: His way, His righteousness with your own self-righteousness you are a Bible carrying devil and you may able to deceive the simply minded. But to those few whom God has corrected these delusion people will only fool themselves Psalms 31:10 For my life is spent with grief, and my years with sighing: my strength faileth because of mine iniquity, and my bones are consumed. Ezekiel 37:4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.  My drunk uncle that day was speaking of himself, his dry bones. Proverbs 12:4A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones. Here we are not talking about a physical women, the law in the Bible represent a women. Romans 1:12 And likewise also the men leaving the natural use of the women, burned in their lust one toward another.  Men lusting after the thoughts of other men, nothing in the Bible is physical here. Note the Supreme Court image of Law is that of a women. Most Christian today can call themselves the bribe of Christ. Not so, when we defile God word with your own inventions in the mind. Those inventions or image are those of a whore. Psalm 106:39 Thus were they defiled with their own works, and went a whoring with their own inventions. Because the law or God’s word a represent a women how must I treat her? 1 Timothy 1:8But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully. There that word if, again. When you use God’s word unlawfully she no longer a virtuous women but has become rottenness to his bones. Psalm 31:10 For my life is spent with grief, and my years with sighing: my strength faileth because of mine in iniquity, and my bones are consumed.  Job, in the book of Job asked the Lord the following question: Job 6:30Is there iniquity in my tongue? cannot my taste discern things? A virgin is to be treated as thus, so we must not deal with God's holy word as a whore in our beast mind interpretation. Leviticus 18:23  Neither shall thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therein: neither shall any women stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion. to be continued.  amended 7/20/2022
