MY MASTERPIECE

Hebrews 11:27 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.The things of God are invisible to us, because His words or things are immortal being, we are all born with only a mortal understanding of Spiritually things. THIS MORTAL UNDERSTANDING IS THE FLESH!  GREETINGS. She said his dwelling was in the closet and if I did not behave myself he would reveal himself: ''The Boogie Man''. For whatever reason he never came out of his closet. That was one of my earliest lesson of an invisible entity as told by my mother, she told the story in an effort to make me behave. What about this invisible entity we call the devil? Leviticus 17:7And they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have gone a whoring. Ancient man often made stone or metals images of their Gods and even today statues exist that brings hope to the carnal mind of men. The Apostle Paul who was inspired by the Holy Ghost, who wrote a great deal of the Bible letters saw this problem: Acts 7:41And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. A idol does not have to be something physical, but to carnal minded men everything in the Bible is physical. If we believe you are saved by repeating a eight word prayer, that thought becomes an idol in our hearts. 1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. Jesus came to save us from ourselves or thoughts and the generation being our physical time on this earth. Acts 2:40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. God's truth is His word and we cannot be saved by own vile interpretation of it. We all try to interpret it at first by the old man or carnal nature wisdom. God's word must destroy that old man of sin by Spiritual fire of the way He speaks it. Exodus 20:19 And they said unto, speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God with us, lest we die.   Hebrews 12:29For our God is a consuming fire. As a very young man I was accepted into a advance art class at Barbour Junior High School many years ago. Here I would spent the next 12 weeks of my life shaping and cutting on a lump of clay.  Isaiah 64:8But now Lord thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. God the potter wants us to conform to us His image but the clay or man revolts. Isaiah 29:16  Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding? But vile man thinks his understanding is equal to God. Ezekial 18:25 Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal? The Old Testament Bible Prophet Job, saw man for what he truly is, dust. Job 10:9 Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into dust again? For dust or dirt to become clay, rain must be added to it.[I will speak on spiritual rain when God reveals more about it to me] Years ago my small hands dug into the clay from the barrel that day, and took a lump of clay to start modeling an image of myself. One thing about all idols they have no breath in them. Jeremiah 10:14  Every man is brutish in his knowledge: every founder is confounded by the graven image: for his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.Ezekiel 16:17 Thou hast also taken thy fair jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given thee and madest to thyself images of men, and didst of men, and didn’t commit whoredom with them. Can men commit spiritual whoredom with an image of gold and silver made in the image of men? Impossible! When men go after carnal thoughts of other carnally minded men and believe vain doctrine [teaching] we are in spiritually whoredom. Jeremiah 10:8But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities. In the above verse the Prophet Jeremiah calls a teaching or doctrine a physical thing an stock. My art teacher always seemed to breathe hard as he tore at my clay sculpture with his knife, adding and cutting with his fat fingers at that clay image that would soon represent me. I secretly in my heart resented him for undoing what I had done. Matthew 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Man’s earthly wisdom tries to understand the Bible and only creates vain stocks in the mind: physically stocks were used to bind your feet, and Spiritually we cannot walk in the things of God.  Jeremiah 10:8 But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities. Jesus had the authority to preach God’s word because He was God. Mark 1:22And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.You can find the modern day scribes on any given Sunday; preaching the doctrine of men and we have all loved it so. But like an stone or golden image there is no breath in them, no spiritual life being released from God's words, the only thing coming fore is death. John 20:22And when he said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them,Receive ye the Holy Ghost. Act 5:32And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.   At last my clay image of myself was complete it was time to fire up the oven and bake it. Thousands of years ago men created an image of man to make other men worship the works of their hands. Daniel 2:32This image head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and thighs of brass. In the Bible silver and gold often represents wisdom and knowledge. Proverbs 3:13  Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.  14  For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise fine gold.The images that the Prophet Daniel saw represents carnal man and his earthly wisdom and shall not stand. Carnal man cannot find God’s wisdom it's hidden. If we could see God's wisdom we would not have to hope for it!!! Romans 8:24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But carnal man hopes in what he see's physically. When he reads the Bible and only sees the natural understanding, this is not faith but idol worship or the works of his hands. But man has been known to be a little obstinate and brass. Isaiah 48:4Because I know that thou art obstinate, and thy neck is an iron sinew, and thy brow brass.  And what happen to that man made image. Daniel 2:34  Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. An image of a man, smote by a stone: a rejected stone.Matthew 21:42 Jesus saith unto them,Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? That day I put my clay image of myself into the art class oven; the next day I would behold my image shaped and harden by fire.  That morning as I opened the oven to behold my masterpiece laid in so many pieces, It had exploded. I did not get all the air bubbles out and the air was let out of my ego also: I was devastated. When God reveals the image formed in our thoughts about Him, the image in our minds will have to be destoryed. At this point we should take the reproof and seek His true form, His express image. [This express image is very deep and I will speak on it, when God speaks to my spirit on it] Proverbs 10:17  He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth.  Reproof, we cannot be saved without it! As a youth, a clay image of myself was destroy in a oven of fire. Years later a self-righteous image of myself would have to destroyed by fire. Jeremiah 23:29Is not my word like as a fire?
