Greetings.1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. The above verse is quoted by millions and only a very few would know or even care to know its Spiritual meaning. Now If we had any real desire we would want to know what money symbolize in the Bible. But if we think money to us is the same to God we would presuming a lot: or we would be in presumptuous sins. Psalm 19:13Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. Who was King David warning against in the above verse not to have dominion or triumph over him? Psalms 25: 2 O my God, I trust in thee: let not mine enemies triumph over me. His own thoughts which are enemies against God’s word and so is everybody thoughts born of a woman. Once we can begin to hear God’s Spiritual voice in our minds we will learn to fear and do no more presumptuously. Deuteronomy 17:13 And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously.Millions have presumptuously presumed they knew the Spiritual meaning to: 1 Timothy 6:10 and so did this unworthy servant. We as men have taken everything Spiritual in the Bible and made it physical. God uses the physical to try and show us the Spiritual. We made God in a physical Santa Claus who if we are righteous enough will give us material things. Recently a very famous building caught fire and burned; was this anyhow any significance to God? No! God spoken word untouched by man’s wisdom is like a Spiritual fire as expressed by the Prophet Jeremiah. Jeremiah 20:9 Then I said, I will not make mention of him, nor speak any more in his name. But his word was in mine heart as a burningfire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay. We live in a society where people seldom see the sun because their eyes are glued down to their cellphone and sometime the only thing people can converse about is what’s happening in the media. Now, if we really love God: His revealed word, it should grieve us to hear about the latest Hollywood nonsense. Lots of people are fascinated by superhero movies about people with superhuman powers: none of these super being has any power over sin. Proverbs 21:7 The robbery of the wicked shall destroy them; because they refuse to do judgment. God’s words burn up our spiritual house or thinking with His words. We have all stolen spiritual possessions [words] and made ourselves spiritually rich. Once God’s reveals or roots out our wisdom: He will destroy it by fire or His words. Hebrews 12:29For our God is a consuming fire. People try to avoid God’s judgment found in His words; they want His treasures and it’s impossible to receive them without taking judgment or correction. Proverbs 21:6The getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a vanity tossed to and fro of them that seek death. The Spirit hidden in God word is the only things that can give us eternal life. John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. Why have not we been able to receive that eternal life? We search the scriptures in vain and go away with our own wisdom about the Bible. John 5:39Search the scriptures; for in them ye thinkye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. Note the five little words in above: for inthem ye think. John 5:40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.
PART 2
1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. At this point it’s safe to say that the above verse has not anything to do with physical money. Unless we’re professional speakers our lying tongue will not make us very much money; yet by adding my lying thoughts on God’s word has increase my spiritual riches. Ezekiel 28:4With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou hast gotten thee rich. We should know we all dwell in a spiritual house or temple of flesh and bone. Now noticed in the above verse the word root is found and what would physical money have to do with roots? If I think physically about a root I’m reminded about the weeds in my back yard: that I would like to destroy. Unless I can dig deep enough to get to those roots, I cannot destroy those, dare I say evil roots. Now there’s no doubt the love for physical money is great in our modern-society as shown through the media: how happy people with money are. The perfect ending to thousands of movies is the happy couple riding out into the sun set with plenty of money. Not that the physical paper makes most people happy, but the possessions money can buy. Thus, the word money in the Bible deals with what we possess spiritually and not physically. Matthew 19: 21 Jesus said unto him,if thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. Matthew 19:22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. We all have great spiritual possessions or thoughts about God that we refuse to give up. Millions would say, “you’re trying to tell me I’m not saved. I go to Church every Sunday, just this past Easter, I gave away thirty Easter Lily Plants and you want me to sell my great self-righteous thoughts or possessions?’’ We will all become was sorrowful when we are told to give up our own self-righteousness. We could never have enough physical money to ransom our souls out of Hell. Job 33:24Then he is gracious unto him, and saith, deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom. A spiritual root is connected to what I believe and goes down deep within my heart. The Spiritual root or love for the truth has to go down deep enough to find the living Spiritual waters. Jeremiah 17:8 For he shall be as tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the rivers, and shall not see when heat cometh. I recall years ago in my local Synagogue of Satan,[ Church with no spiritual wisdom] singing a song called ''The river of life'': none of us had it. All men are born with a love for the world or our carnal thinking about the word of God and this thinking stops us from knowing the works of God. Ecclesiastes 3:11 He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end. We all love our wisdom about the Bible and hate being told by God's Spirit that our own thoughts about the Bible is devilish. James 3:15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. Once we allow God to judge our thoughts nobody ever will again be able deceive you: because have already met and triumphed over the biggest deceiver in the physical world: yourself. Your carnal mind deceives you into thinking there is no greater wisdom hidden when we read the Bible, and you’re worshipping a dead God. Your mental deceivers have given you spiritual money to be station outside the tomb[your skull] and state that Christ has not risen. We have all taken thought like roman soldiers and taken counsel to say Christ has not risen from the dead. Matthew 28:12 And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, 13 saying, say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. How many wicked thoughts have I assembled together and paid off with my wicked possessions [or thoughts] with spiritual monies and told God’s Spirit to be silence. I am the person who needs to be told spiritually to silent my carnal-mind: put it to death. Jeremiah 8:14Why do we sit still? assemble yourselves, and let us enter into the defenced cities, and let us be silent there: for the Lord our God hath put us to silence, and given us water of gall to drink, because we have sinned against the Lord. My mouth has sinned against the Lord saying there’s no greater word or truth to His word than what I can see which makes me Spiritually blind. We would be better off if we were all fools. Proverbs 17:28 Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding. In Jeremiah 8:14, we see were it says God has given us: and given us water of gall to drink; if we were people of wisdom we would have refused. We have all been spiritually eating and drinking of our own wisdom. 1 Corinthians11:29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. THE ABOVE VERSE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING PHYSICAL!!!!!!!!! Jesus tasted and then refused the wisdom of men! Matthew 27:34 They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink. We on the other hand tasted and were tempted, thus have all sinned. Hebrews 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Now, this love for my mental possessions or thoughts have becomes gods or giants in my thinking and have turned my heart away from the Lord. If the truth be revealed, I never had a heart unto God I just thought I did. Deuteronomy 29:18Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the Lord our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood. I heard the roots of some trees can go down to four-hundred feet and there is those sneaky roots; the kind you have to dig up the whole back yard to find. Still the Prophet Job tried to understand this Love for mental possessions which is deeply rooted in the heart of all men, which we have thought was physical money. Job 19:28But ye should say, why persecute we him, seeing the root of the matter is found in me? God word must root out the love we have for our own wisdom we possess. Job was self-righteous and tried to justify his love he had for his own wisdom. It took Elihu, one of the four companions of Job, to tell him were he had erred. Job 34:35Job hath spoken without knowledge, and his words were without wisdom. Have we all spoken without Spiritual knowledge concerning God’s word? Was I presuming a lot when I thought I knew what money in the Bible meant to God? Did we all make our own wisdom about the Bible, which is sin. I did and so did we all make the Bible a book of lies with our wicked understanding of his word. Job 38:36 Who hath put wisdom in the inward parts? or who hath given understanding to the heart? We could have asked God for an understanding heart or mind in understanding His word, we did not. King Solomon did and we have not because we wanted to be spiritually rich without being judged or corrected. 1 Kings 3:9 Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people? We are called to judged by God’s great people, His word, but we must first discern between good and bad. It is impossible to get any Spiritual understanding without doing judgment. Proverbs 21:7
The robbery of the wicked shall destroy them; because they refuse to do judgment. I refuse to allow my bad thoughts to be humbled: in fact, I exalted them, thus making myself spiritually rich: I have robbed God of His glory. Humbling and judgment work together, the more humbling or correction that we can receive from His word: it can make us perfect one day. We are commanded to be perfect in His word and anything less is unacceptable no matter how sincere we imagine we are. Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.Matthew 19:21Jesus said unto him, if thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. So, what are we waiting for? Go sell what we thought we had. Proverbs 13:7 There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches. Have you ever seen an altar-call were people came forward to be made spiritually poor? Proverbs 23:4 Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom. We must ask ourselves what faith has to do with physical money, nothing at all. It does not take the faith the Bible speaks of to possess anything physical. It does not take faith to believe for that great new job you think you want. If you meet the criteria and hiring quota, you might get the job. Forget all that carnal-minded foolishness about just put your faith out there. If you believe in your faith [NOT GOD] had anything to do with the physical, then you have erred from the faith. 1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. We have coveted after our own wisdom about the Bible this causes us to error from the true faith. It takes faith to believe there’s more to the scriptures than what my carnal mind can see it takes patience and hope. Romans 8:24
For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? When I go to the Bible and see it in my own wisdom, this did not require any faith or hope. Romans 8:25But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. Do we spiritually pierce ourselves to many sorrows when we use our own wisdom about God’s word and what am I leaning on? Proverbs 3:5Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. We have all leaned on the arm of flesh or my carnal-minded thinking.
