Years ago horror movies made your hair stand on end, now it is more about grossing you out. Now there have been about fifty-five Frankenstein movies made and counting. Boris Karloff was considered by many as the best and my personal favorite. The creature created in Mary Shelley 1918 novel was not quite right in the head. 1 Timothy 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth. The monster’s thinking was corrupted in his mind and so are we concerning the interpretation of God’s word. Psalms 51:10  Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. The heart and the mind in the Bible are interchangeable. Jobs 38:36 Who hath put wisdom in the inward parts? or who hath given understanding to the heart?  God must create in us a right Spirit to Spiritually understand His words. Later if we allow God to show us our wicked heart against him we can be changed. Psalms 34:18The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. What is a contrite heart? Isaiah 66:2  For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word. Do we trembled at God’s word or do you hastily interpret it without waiting on the Holy Ghost? In the Frankenstein story the creature was accidentally given an abnormal murderer’s brain. Thus in the beginning when I accidentally think I can interpret the Bible just because I can read: I become a spiritual murderer and a liar. John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Mary Shelley monster could wait to go out and kill; we cannot help but make God's words sin or our mortal thinking: at the beginningor when we first pick up a Bible. Act 3:14  But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you. When we denied there’s is no hidden gospel; because it is hidden from your carnal mind, thus spiritually we have killed any of God's wisdom He wanted to impart to us.  2 Corinthian 4:3  But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost. The Frankenstein creation in most of the stories was made up of dead body parts and these parts had to be shocked to life by an electric current. All of us are born spiritually dead and must be quicken by God’s Spirit to have a Spiritual understanding on any verse. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Our old way of seeing the scriptures are passing away and we are becoming part of a Spiritual body. We must become childlike in our Spiritual understanding: a child is teachable.Psalm 34:11 Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord. We all must be taught the fear of the Lord no man can teach you this: it’s done by God’s Spirit. Frankenstein was childlike in the things going on around him but like men of corrupt minds: unteachable.2 Timothy 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Psalms 119:154 Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word. God’s word must be quicken or we will read the dead letter of the law. 2 Corinthians 3:6Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life. Psalms 80:18 So will not we go back from thee: quicken us, and we will call upon thy name. Men dead ways or his carnal thinking can only make God’s word of non-effect. Mark 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye. Your tradition in the above verse are thoughts you have fathered. Do not go back to the old dead way of looking at God’s word; then you can call upon his name and He will hear your cry. Psalm 40:1 I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. Wait! Patiently for it  and we will not be without a witness: his name and His word. His name is not a physical formula for physical water baptism. Jesus name is this: Revelation 19:13  And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. You must be quicken by God’s word to get out of this hell below. God’s revealed word brings salvation to the Soul. Romans 8:11But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. Psalm 143:11Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble. I will write a letter soon entitled: Soul Man. For now, I trembled and wait for God SPIRIT before I write that letter; not willing to take the Lord’s name or words in vain. Psalms 119:37  Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way. Shelley’s described the Frankenstein creation as an 8-foot-tall hideously ugly monster. Proverbs 27:19  As in water face answereth to face, so the heart of man to man. Self-righteous man looks good to himself because he only sees himself[reflection] not GOD’S face. The monster is shocked when he sees his reflection in a pool of water. When God shows man his self-righteousness; it’s woe unto me. Isaiah 6:5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts. The monster discovers fire and finds the warmth it gives. Carnal man discovers the Bible, now he thinks he is saved because he’s told by a mad prophet: He feels all warm and fuzzy inside. Hosea 9:7The prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for the multitude of thine iniquity, and the great hatred. Notice in the above verse, spiritual man is spelled with a small letters. The monster enjoys the warmth of the fire but gets to close and gets burnt. We discover God’s word judges our thoughts about Him and we get hot around the collar. Jeremiah 23:29Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces? Now Frankenstein was a monster and the Bible liken man to a beast. Psalm 73:22So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee. A beast or a human with no Spiritual understanding cannot understand a Spiritual book without God’s Spirit. Ecclesiastes 3:21Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth? Without God’s spirit when you physically die you return to the dust. Men has deceived themselves and others in most Churches claiming they have the spirit because of a lot of dancing and running around in circles. Exodus 32:18 And he said, It is not the voice of them that shout for mastery, neither is it the voice of them that cry for being overcome: but the noise of them that sing do I hear. Man is overcome in the above verse by his own worldly interpretation of the Bible. Jesus overcame the world and so must we if we are to inherit eternal life. Jesus overcame any worldly judgment or thoughts and triumphed over the flesh.  John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. Overcoming tribulations is very grievous to our thinking because it is not physical. Frankenstein wasn’t a monster they just made him all wrong. Man is liken to a beast but when God’s spirit enters him he will walk like a man. Ezekiel 2:2And the spirit entered into me when he spake unto me, and set me upon my feet, that I heard him that spake unto me. The Frankenstein monster could not understand why men wanted His hideous form destroyed with fire. Isaiah 37:19And have cast their gods into the fire: for they were no gods, but the work of men’s hands, wood and stone: therefore they have destroyed them. Cast your spiritual gods or thinking into God’s Spiritual fire. Hebrews 12:29For our God is a consuming fire.   End of part:1
