Every January the government holds a state of the union address; this spectacle has one man tells many men the affairs of the nation. Every now and then things sound so wonderful, men come to their feet with thunderous claps of approval. Yet, how does God see the state of man, and do we really care? Psalm 39:5 Behold, thou hast made my days as an handbreadth; and mine age is as nothing before thee: verily every man at his best state is altogether vanity. Selah.  We can see our handbreath in cold weather it's a vapor. Also vapors contain water, thus they are mists and there was no man on earth until God formed a mist: only dust. Genesis 2:5  And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was no man to til the ground.  Man in his best state is just dust unless God causes it to rain spiritually on him: we need this rain to grow spiritually. Leviticus 26:4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase. The land in the above verse symbolize God's word being made known unto us or yielding the mysteries: we are increase in His wisdom and knowledge. Psalm 106:24 Yea, they despised the pleasant land, they believed not his word. Now we ask the Holy Ghost as always for God to reveal even more of His hidden words to us. We see for the verse below man’s stay on this physical earth is very short. James 4:14Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow.  For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. Job 10:20Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble. The women in the above verse symbolizes the Law of sin and death, and we are all born into this spiritual death followed by physical death. Man without God making himself known unto him is in spiritual trouble. Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the Law of sin and death. I turned 61 years old in October, but have had only had 4 years of the [SPIRITUAL] daylight. My days of God light have been few: NO LIGHT OF THE LIVING GOD. When have believed we can interpretation the Bible without God’s Light in our own darkness and calling it light. Job 17:12They change the night into day: the light is short because of darkness. Our light is what Jesus called great darkness. Matthew 6:23  But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!  Jesus is the light of men if we do not rebel against that light. John 1:7 In Him was life; and the life was the light of men. God is light and we as vain man should take heed not to walk after our own thoughts about the Bible or see it by what we call light Luke 11:35  Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.  But if we claim we are walking in the light and do not wait on God Spirit to lead us, God’s wrath abide on us. Zephaniah 1:15  That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness. The Prophet Job, was in God’s wrath, but Why? He was self-righteous walking in His our light.  Job could not discern what spiritual state he was in yet give him credit, he knew something was wrong. Job 13:3 Surely I would speak to the Almighty, and I desire to reason with God. ​If we could discern our pitiful state we would cry out to God to save us; we cannot or refuse to see we are all righteous in our own eyes. Or course we are better than Job, because we went an physical altar and spoke in gibberish or tongues. Job 32:1So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes. God does not punish like man and when we physically die, we just return to the dust because: we have no spiritual rain in which God can breath life into Adam or us. Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.  Psalm 104:29 Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust. Psalm 16:10  For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. God must breath His breath of life into man for man to get out of hell or the pit. Job 33:30To bring back his soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light of the living. The light of the living? God has a light which man cannot touch because man's light is darkness. Psalm 56:13 For thou hast delivered my soul from death: will not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living. Without God’s Spirit while we are here on this physical earth we are already in Hell. John 8:23  And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are from are of this world; I am not of this world. Who is the Ye is the above verse verse? US! The wisdom which is from God above, saves us from hell below. Proverbs 15:24  The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath. Ever wake up and feel like you are in a mentally in the pits? Isaiah 14:15  Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. The Prophet Jeremiah found himself in a physical pit: Jeremiah 38:6  Then took they Jeremiah, and cast him into the dungeon of Malchiah the son of Hammelech, that was in the court of the prison: and they let down Jeremiah with cords. And in the dungeon there was no water, but mire: so Jeremiah sunk in the mire.  Joseph the prince of Egypt also found himself in a physical pit: Genesis 37:28  Then there passed by Midianites merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmeelites for twenty pieces of silver: and they brought Joseph into Egypt.  A pit is a dark place: man’s thinking about the Bible is all darkness, gloominess, death, no spirit, no breath. It is man’s best state of the union with himself and he loves it that way, and imagines he’s in union with God or covenant. Isaiah 28:15  Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves. When put our thoughts on God's word and inwardly say I'm God who needs the Holy Ghost. When we are in agreement with our carnal thoughts about God’s Holy word, God has hid his face from us. The hospitals are full, Doctors prescribing pills with gruesome side effects as if they were giving out candy. Our jails are overcrowded and so are the mental clients, because we have said: Isaiah 28:15  We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us. Man’s mind or temple needs to be scourge of the covenant it has made with hell. John 2:15 And[JESUS] when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple. Now God give his Holy Spirit to those that obey him [allowing him to cleanse the mind] and not to those that: shake, rattle and roll. Physical shaking is not a sign of being filled with the Holy Ghost. It is a false gift and it blinds men spiritually to the truth. Exodus 23:8  And thou shalt take no gift: for the gift blindeth the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous.  Acts 5:32 And we are his witness of these things, and so is also the Holy Ghost, Whom God hath given to them that obey him. As in any State of the Union, men applause the state there are joined together in. But this state mental takes place on any given Sunday in the Church. Psalm 4:2O ye sons , how long will ye turn my glory into shame? How long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing. Leasing is when man love his own thoughts and put them on God’s word.
