Greetings. Hebrews 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him. In a physical world were most things are recorded to show how fast or slow things are done, yet this does not mean things are done better only faster. Genesis 49:18I have waited for thy salvation, O Lord. The word salvation is recorded over a hundred and fifty times in the Bible: must be a pretty important word. Did I get salvation when I confessed the Lord in my local Church? No! Is salvation something I must wait on to Spiritually see? Yes. Romans 8:25But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. God’s words must be confirmed or made known unto us: that can Spiritually hear it. Some years ago, me and other men would take a group of boys on a hiking and camping retreat. Those so-called five hundred Christian boys scouts had a wonderful time just being boys. We adults or commanders as what we were called, would soon spoil that by playing Church. These boys would come to a physical altar and ask Jesus to come into their Heart, instructed by a group of men who themselves did not have Jesus in their heart. Some of the very young boys would protest and say they did not feel saved. This made some of the adults mad and we did not what to do next. ''Smart aleck kids: ''just accept it by faith and go sit back down after all you’re going skeet shooting in the morning''. At one Church I attended the same guy would answer the physical altar call and get saved every Sunday, I guess he was playing it safe. Finally, the Preacher had enough of this guy and told him do not come back up to the altar. The Preacher was not saved, and neither was anybody in that whole Church including me, but we have been told just repeat: Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Theirs nothing wrong with the above verse, the problem is: the persons doing the confession. If you cannot witness God has risen in your dead mortal thinking from a Spiritual grave; you cannot spiritually confess anything of God. Those young boys and the altar guy knew something was wrong but could not identify it. All these young boys wanted to was go camping and have some fun. 1 Timothy 6:13I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession. Jesus Christ had a good confession before God: And His good confession was He did not try to save himself in this evil world. We try to save our lives in this world by holding on the wisdom of this world. John 8:55 Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him and keep his saying. Man has not known God, neither has He kept God’s word; but has neglected so great salvation for His own way of being saved. Man has been a liar claiming or confessing he knows God by something he thinks or something he physically did. The religious leaders of Jesus time were called Pharisees. The word ''Pharisee'' literally means '' Separatist.'' the name given to them by their opponents because of their ''holier than thou'' haughty attitude. Matthew 5:20 For I say unto you, that except your righteousness shall exceed the righteous of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. We beloved, are the modern-day Pharisees thinking we are better than the others because of something we quit doing something physically that we have deemed wrong. Jeremiah 8:20The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved. We cannot know God unless he reveals himself to us. All my confessions or thoughts about God’s have been a bad confession. Why? Because we must have the same interpretation on a verse that Jesus had and only the Holy Ghost can make the verses known. Matthew 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. What are the: all things mentioned in the above verse? God’s words! Jesus must show us the father to receive the salvation that are hidden in the words of the Bible. John 6:63It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. My words or wisdom about the Bible profits nothing. Millions of Preachers on any given Sunday speak a wisdom of the carnal mind and nobody profits spiritually. But, why would God allow it to be thus so? Jeremiah 5:31The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof? END OF INTRODUCTION
