Greetings. Psalm 25:14  The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. The song went something like this: ''There is no secret what God can do''. Sorry but that’s simply not true. The old testament Prophet Abraham was God’s friend and friends share secrets. Genesis 18:17  And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do. Now if God’s not revealing His hidden word or covenant to you, it is because we do not fear Him and we are lost. 2 Corinthians 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost.  God hides His words Spiritual wisdom from the carnal mind of man's tongue yet he may be able to quote it.  I am told by somebody very dear to me, that the next war will be fought over information. But a war is fought in the minds of carnal men and women as to the meaning of the Holy Scriptures. James 4:1  From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? James 4:2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. James 4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. Nothing in the Bible is physical. Your members in the above are your thoughts of the mind, warring against God’s thoughts. Romans 7:23  But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. ''THE LAW OF MY MIND''? I never saw that in the above verse before, until now and I must have read that verse hundreds of time. My friend sharing new secrets with me even as this is being written. We spiritually kill, lust, desire God’s word to make it our own thoughts. Psalms 81:12 So I gave them up unto their own hearts' lust: and they walked in their own counsels. Men lust after their own counsels or thoughts; our own wisdom about the Bible is spiritually beautiful to us. Ephesians 5:29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth  and cherisheth it, even as the lord the church. We all nourish and cherish our own wisdom and make false Church, we love our fleshly thinking. Matthew 5:28  That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. The carnally minded male Preacher dares not go near this verse; because it is not talking about a physical women and this is unknown to most of them. Deuteronomy 29:29  The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. The word children, in the above verse represent thought we are giving Spiritual birth too: God’s thoughts! The revealed word of God, these secrets are forever. Jeremiah 30:6  Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? Galatians 4:19 My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you. But the carnally minded men or women doe not want to travail for God’s word. Secrets, promise land, seed, Israel, women, are just some many words that represent God’s word.Isaiah 45:3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel  When man reads the Bible he sees God’s secrets only in darkness: his own darkness. When God starts revealing His secrets after you been illuminated; our former earthly wisdom will be destroyed. Hebrews 10:32  But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ​ye endured a great fight of afflictions. The carnal mind brings the mental afflictions to make us want to see the Bible carnally and not see Spiritually the things hid. Colossians 2:3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.  Michael Rudolph Hodges 1/28/2017/ amended 5/32/2022
